The CIPSH Chair on cultural heritage and creative humanities was established at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong since 2025. 

This symposium on “Food x Art x Heritage” will dedicate intellectual and academic investigation and discussion on the concept of food as art and heritage. International experts from different disciplines will gather in Hong Kong to present their latest research, artistic and heritage projects with reflections and thoughts about food, agriculture, community revitalization and sustainable development.
